Both Sides of the Hudson
Orange and Ulster Counties line the west bank of the Hudson, and two bridges near us link them to the east side: the Newburgh–Beacon Bridge, which carries I-84 between Newburgh and Beacon, and the Mid-Hudson Bridge between Highland and Poughkeepsie. Moves between the river towns and Dutchess County are a regular part of our work.
Hudson Valley housing is a real mix: older homes in places like Newburgh, Beacon, and Kingston with narrow stairs and tight doorways, farmhouses with long driveways, and newer subdivisions. We look at access ahead of time, so the right truck and crew size show up on move day.

Moving Up From New York City
A lot of families moving to Orange, Ulster, and Sullivan Counties are coming up from the city for more space and a slower pace. The usual routes north are the New York State Thruway, which crosses the Hudson on the Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge (the replacement for the Tappan Zee), and Route 17 through Orange County.
City moves come with their own logistics: elevator reservations, set move-in hours, and limited curb space. We plan the timing so the truck arrives when your building is ready, and we unload and set up at the new place the same day whenever we can.
